ASA has always been committed to supporting the development of sustainable development. Our effective environmental management system aligns with ISO14001:2015 – we aim to minimize energy consumption and environmental impacts in production as we strive to realize our objectives in environmental protection.
Developed by the Construction Industry Council (CIC) and the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC). The certification scheme evaluates the environmental impacts of building materials and quantifies greenhouse gas emissions to identify low-carbon material options. Products are assessed based on GHG emissions in production, human toxicity of substances and the impacts of tile production to the ecosystem. Our tiles have obtained the highest grading (Platinum) and are qualified for use in BEAM Plus Buildings.
Our products can be used to accumulate credits and bonus credits in both new and existing buildings.
Our products are certified by CIC Green Product Certification, and have been accepted for the Green Item Subsidy (GIS) of Urban Renewal Authority.
Our ceramic tiles are recognized as low-carbon products in terms of carbon emissions in annual production, annual use of electricity and fuel in production, and the consumption of raw materials in production and product composition.
We have obtained China Environmental Labeling and offer products that guarantee quality and environmental friendliness.
